My English Activities in ADSO

Bogotá is my city. I love it, and I’m really proud of it. In this activity, I tried to show the city and one of its most beautiful places. I wanted to demonstrate my ability to describe places and share my feelings and beliefs. Also, I showed how my speaking skills are improving and how I work hard every day to get better.  

  In this post, I want to highlight someone who has made a big impact in the world of technology and education. Fredy Vega, the co-founder of Platzi, is a great example of how passion and vision can change lives. His work has helped thousands of people across Latin America learn new skills and find better opportunities. With this activity, I’m practicing my writing skills in English. It’s a bit challenging right now, especially when I try to express my ideas clearly and choose the right words. But I believe that with time, effort, and feedback, I’ll continue improving. Writing is not just about grammar — it’s about communicating thoughts in a way that others can understand and connect with. That’s what I’m working toward, and I’m excited to keep learning through each post I write. 

This activity shows how I would answer if I were in a job interview. I respond to four questions to show my speaking skills, fluency, and ability to answer typical job interview questions. I hope that in a real situation, I can do even better! 

This brochure shows my personal experience in the Software Analysis and Development program. I made it to share what I’ve learned, why I chose this course, and why it is important to me. Inside, you can find information about the program’s goals, the skills you learn during the process, and the kind of jobs you can do after finishing the route. I hope this brochure helps other people understand the value of this field and motivates them to choose a career in technology. 

This activity was very special to me because I got to talk about my daughter: the person I love most in the world.  I talked about what we do in our free time, how we play, what she loves, and other topics about her. It was really lovely for me!

  In this blog, I will describe the activities I completed in English as part of my ADSO course. These tasks helped me improve my communication skills, both written and spoken. From creating videos and brochures to writing emails and recording audios, each activity allowed me to practice English in different professional contexts.
